Katie & Jenifer purchased Serendipity in 2025.
Katie has been at Serendipity since 2013 in a management role. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is an owner, the director of the Playhouse and she manages the business as a whole focusing financial management and strategic leadership for Serendipity.
Jenifer joined Serendipity in 2009 as a lead teacher before working her way up to management for the last 14 years. She has her AA degree in Early Childhood Education. She is an owner, the director of our SPSCC location and oversees the overall day to day operations of Serendipity ensuring quality care and educational programs.

Center Management
Brittany started at Serendipity in 2016. She was hired as a lead teacher and has worked her way up to Director of The Main Center, our Preschool/Pre K program. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Carmen has been at Serendipity since July of 2023. She was promoted to Assistant Director in 2024. She has all 3 stackable certificates in ECE and is finishing her AA degree in Early Childhood Education.

Our program supervisors support the management of the building, the teachers with curriculum and other functions of the centers as needed. They step into the office when management is out of the building as well.
