Katie has been at Serendipity since 2013. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and has been in the field for 18 years. She directly oversees all Serendipity programs.

Roxanne started at Serendipity in 2010. She was hired as a lead teacher and has worked her way up to Director of The Lodge, our Pre K/School Age program. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in ECE.
Crystal joined Serendipity in 2017 as a lead teacher and was promoted to Assistant Director in 2019. She has her Child Development Associate Degree (CDA). Crystal oversees the Playhouse, which is our infant/toddler program.

Our program supervisors support the management of the building, the teachers with curriculum and other functions of the centers as needed. They step into the office when management is out of the building as well. All our program supervisors have been at Serendipity since 2013.

Serendipity on Mottman opened in the summer of 2019. Jenifer moved from the Playhouse to be the director of the program and has been at Serendipity since 2010. Alaina has been at Serendipity in multiple roles from lead teacher to program supervisor and now Assistant Director of our program. She joined our team in 2013.
